Our NYC Trial Attorneys Fight for the Rights of Asbestos Victims

Our law firm’s primary practice area is asbestos litigation. For many years, companies used this deadly mineral in industrial materials, building materials and household products. They knew the dangers but failed to warn workers and consumers of the health risks. Still today, asbestos is not banned in the United States.

Every year, thousands of Americans are diagnosed with mesothelioma, lung cancer and other asbestos-related diseases. Our law firm is committed to helping asbestos victims and their families recover the compensation they need to get the best possible care and to hold these negligent companies accountable.
