Harris Marks is a personal injury attorney at Belluck & Fox, concentrating on serious personal injury and wrongful death matters. His practice primarily includes automobile, slip/trip/fall, premises liability, labor law, medical malpractice, products liability, and civil rights litigation, including false arrest and excessive force used by police officers.
Harris applies a 360-degree approach to all phases of litigation. His cases span from the Supreme Courts in all five boroughs of New York City, Nassau, Suffolk, and counties throughout the State of New York, as well as Federal Courts in the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, and the District of New Jersey.
Harris has successfully tried multiple plaintiffs’ verdicts across the aforementioned Courts and has over ten years of litigation experience.
He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland. Since 2014,
