Highly respected attorney in mesothelioma and personal injury litigation.
William N. Papain is an associate attorney at Belluck & Fox, LLP. He joined the firm upon graduating from law school in 2009, and has built a reputation as a tireless advocate for our clients over that time.
Bill handles many integral aspects throughout every stage of our clients’ cases – from discovery, including depositions, document production, and motions, to representing our clients in court at trial with the firm’s partners and trial counsel.
Bill ensures that we obtain all the necessary information and corporate records from these corporations regarding their manufacturing and supply of dangerous asbestos products, and their knowledge of these hazards.
He has worked on dozens of asbestos-related trials in New York and New Jersey, which have resulted in successful recoveries for our clients, including a number of seven-figure and eight-figure verdicts.
Bill works with senior partner Joe Belluck in managing the firm’s New Jersey asbestos cases. He appears for our clients at depositions, court conferences, and motion arguments, and ensures they receive the justice they deserve.
Bill is also deeply involved in the Greek community in the New York metropolitan area, through the Hellenic Lawyers Association, and his local church, Archangel Michael Church of Port Washington. He has represented numerous clients from the Greek community who suffered from asbestos-related disease.
Bill lives in Nassau County with his wife and two children.
